A legend returns. The cold Red Wood stand unnervingly silent… yet something stirs beneath the stillness. Has he come back to life? Is the hunter once thought lost now stalking these woods again? Brace yourself: the forest remembers every secret, and this time, nothing will stay buried.

Don't Stop in Red Wood: Chapter 1 and 2 recreates the feeling of survival horror with graphics inspired by the PS1 era, with the possibility of playing in fixed tank-style cameras and first-person camera. The game tries to follow an older graphic style with a mix of modern gameplay. The game contains hand-crafted cutscenes to give the story a more cinematic feel.

Kaspersky found PDM:Trojan.Win32.Generic in game.exe file and delete it. WTF?

I'm sorry about that. Unfortunately, because of the engine I use, many of my games are flagged as false positive. Antivirus programs suggest that the file might be malicious, when in fact it isn't. This happens with many Unity games as well, not just mine. To fix this, you'd have to add the game to the antivirus program's whitelist.

Great Game! I Played Both Chapters.

I saw the clones of me and the police officer standing there just breathing and the mark could walk on the car while amber was walking through the car

it said i can claim it on steam, but its not letting me

Great stuff from this developer as always!

Hey Jordan,

I just published a full review of Don't Stop in Red Wood on IndieGameInsight — a magazine focused on indie horror design analysis.

I covered the atmosphere, the CopperCube engine limitations, the cutscene-driven structure, and the multi-perspective narrative. Gave it a 7/10.

Really enjoyed the PSX aesthetic and the tension you built in the forest sections. Hope it brings some visibility to the game.

Hello,

I purchased on itch.io  and paid $8, but the game will not start on my PC. When I try to launch it,

What I have already tried:

  • Running the executable as administrator
  • Launching from the itch app
  • Disabling antivirus/Windows Defender temporarily
  • Reinstalling the game
  • Updating GPU drivers

Thank you for your help,

I'm sorry about that, I'll try to find the problem.

  • Try reinstalling/installing DirectX 9.
  • Change the executable's compatibility mode to Windows Vista.

If that doesn't work, let me know.

I'll send an email to Ambiera, which owns the engine I use.

Two quick questions: Are you using Windows 11?

And does this bug only happen with this game?

Hi Noxus Games Studio! I'm a beginner translator interested in voluntarily localizing your game into Brazilian Portuguese (PT-BR). If you're interested, I would love to help :)
